A little disappointed with second order

Firstly I was impressed with the packaging as its very cute. I ordered my first tub of cocoa scented cream and was really happy with the smell and texture it really helped with my daughters excema prone skin and she was happy with the scent comparedto othercreams we have tried. I went on to buy a second tub and unfortunately the smell and texture are not as good as the first tub the scent is so mild I had to check the tub to make sure id ordered the right one and the texture is very grainy instead of smooth like the first batch so now my daughter won't use it as she does not like the feel. I understand with natural products you won't always get the same smell but this one literally had no scent. It's such a shame as the first one I would have given 5 stars!! Unsure now whether to order a third as don't know if it will be like the first batch I got or the second 😒

We understand the grainy texture can sometimes occur with natural ingredients but rest assured, this does not affect the efficacy of the product and your skin will still get all the goodness it needs (working between the hands before applying will restore the silky texture also).
